noob trying to add new ffgl effects

hi guys i'm trying to add some effects from the windows zip on this page http://resolume.com/blog/tags/FreeFrame and some effects from another site, but it's not showing up in my sources tab. i created a new folder in the preferences tab and pointed it to the download, but it won't show up. i have tried restarting resolume and rebooted my pc. i'm using resolume 4.1.8 thanks.

Also, you can check the log file to see if Resolume is actually trying to load the files and whether or not it's succeeding.

You can check the log via Preferences > Feedback > View log

Then check the part where it says:

Code: Select all

Load plugin: /Applications/Resolume Arena 4.1.11/plugins/vfx/SyzGL_Vignette.bundle/Contents/MacOS/SyzGL_Vignette
Load plugin: /Applications/Resolume Arena 4.1.11/plugins/vfx/Terrain.bundle/Contents/MacOS/Terrain

Each plugin will have its own entry. When something goes wrong during loading, it will say 'load failed'

If the plugin fails to load, it's best to contact the developer directly.
