Shortcuts Panel - No scroll bar, wasted space | v6 Beta 3

Issue: The Shortcuts panel has wasted space at the bottom and there is no scrollbar, which means sometimes you can't see/access the controls.

We'll see what can be done about this.

What I do with layouts like this is, I move the panels to the right of the GUI.

I've noticed this too. It's a bit annoying, But as Zoltan has suggested, I simply made a different view or setup for mapping.

Placing the Shortcuts panel on the far right works pretty well - it disappears when not in mapping mode.
