NDI delay

Post by Grimm90 »

I've connected two machines with cable to my tp link archer router , to have one machine send visuals to the other with NDI .

It works , FPS i am getting in is good & stable , but the image coming in is a bit delayed , 0.2s or so ..
Would this be caused by the router being too slow or should i look elsewhere ?

hello. i think yes.
we change all cabels from cat 5 to cat 6, and use the router only for ndi (ndi subnet).
now it works with 4-8ms delay stable.
