Low resolution on output

Hi i have a strange problem
My server have gtx 1080 and the output on 4k screen (led p 3) is to low so i try everything and still the same
But when i try same video from my laptop with the gtx 1050 the quality are perfect
Can some one help me please

- You should use pixel-by-pixel setup
It mean : your composition must be at the same (led p 3) resolution size
- Also .. If you use splitting option, must meet your led screen resolution size too
