I just want to also request some sort of workaround for the internet connection. I'm doing installs for periods up to a year long- having an active internet connection is a challenge...

I'd be happy to buy a dongle or something...

Hello folks,

I was trying to re-register our Resolume today the offline way. First removing registration.avr file, starting Resolume, typing in Serial Key and ID Code on the website... but this time it told me
This serial number is registered too many times.
Only way to get it working and not ruin rehearsels today was to get the computer online - luckily Windows didn't start running updates.

So what do I do now? How can I register offline again?

Thanks for help

That message continues saying "Log in to your Resolume account to unregister computers" Have you tried that?

Thank you for the fast answer. That helps a lot!
I've never logged into this account after buying the software so I really didn't know that there is a list of registered computers.

Would it help to always use same name of the computer so it recognizes it's always the same PC?

For us, the computer name doesn't really matter. We've made that visible for users, so they can manage their machines more easily.
I always add something personal to my machine names, so I can identify them on my network. Instead of having something like Desktop-123GEF displaying.
This is also useful for registrations to be identified in case you need to unregister one ;)
