i'd like to ask you about your opinion about graphics:
ATI Radeon 9000 IGP
right now i'm about buying a new laptop hp pavilion zv5120 with this graphic card
can u tell me if it does make sense to try to use this one for resolume2.0

i'm also buying a laptop asus M6SooN with ATI mobility radeon 9700 can someone tell me if this is any good with resolume 2

i have a pavilion ze5470 and trust me, it ain't the greatest for visuals. i think the onboard/shared video has a lot to do with it, b/c my other specs are pretty decent. choppy playback, low framerate with multiple layers, and poor quality output. good luck anyway :)

the major problem of the onboard memory sharing video cards are, they use the same ram bus for the system and video operations which creates a bottle neck for the whole system. i used a 64mb installed gfx carded laptop which performs better than a similar but shared memory using gfx card.

This card will be fine with Resolume. I use the same.
