But we are working with high preassure on the USB interface addon, to make them available at the same time.
It's been almost six months now, is there any progress yet? I'd really like to know a release date or estimated shipping date or something...

Like the guy in the last post: as soon as the USB option us done I'll order my ReAct conroller... I don't feel like buying a seperate USB midi controller since I'd have to carry that extra stuff around and it also doesn't help to reduce all the messy cables in my setup...

One more thing about the other extension.. I've been looking for some gamepads or joysticks with the game-port connector, but they're very hard to find since every device uses USB nowadays... Will there also be some kind of special controller for these ports?

In Japan, Digital Stage's Motion Dive Tokyo Console software package comes with an excellent USB Controller, usable on mac or windows, with a MIDI link.

VERY flexible......

I just found this:

http://www.thomann.de/gb/maudio_midisport_uno.htm
http://www.thomann.de/gb/swissonic_midi_usb_1x1.htm
http://www.thomann.de/gb/esi_romio_usbmidiinterface.htm

Do you guys think that any of these is suitable to connect the React Midi Controller to my laptop USB port?

Thanks in advance,

Paulo

pfelberg -

My guess is that any of these would work. Personally, I use the Voyetra/Turtle Beach interface with ReAct -- but just because that was what was in-stock and/or on-sale at the time. I think I went out planning to buy the M-Audio, but it was only in-stock with a bunch of bundled software I didn't need. I probably saved a whole EUR 1.5 by going with V/TB. :)
