Well, seems to be working, as does my original now, so thank you! Now to figure out why relocating files is acting up... ha!

Hallo,
I have the same problem.
My new Arena 6 seems not to like the compositions I created with Arena 5.
When I try to load any of them, A6 simply ignores it.
The new installation has updated the association to the .avc files, so they all now show the new A6 icon, but even if I double click on the .avc file, Arena 6 starts but showing just a new comp.
Thanks for any advice.

fresh install of Arena 6.0.4.60655
can't open any comps from arena 5

Yeah, we broke this on 6.0.4. It's working on 6.0.3, and will be working again on 6.0.5.

Do you need to import a new v5 comp on every date of your tour? Otherwise, just import once on 6.0.3 and then use 6.0.4 for the show.
