This happens because your other devices send midi on the same channels as the APC and Resolume doesn't check currently where the in coming message came from, and sends the feedback to all enabled outputs.

My devices are all on different channels :
APC mini channel is 1 (you can't change it)
Quneo : 12
Lemur : 6
...

The APC reacts to same midi notes from other devices on different channels.

Yeah, I see the same with my APC 40, looks like they don't care about the channels, only the notes.

Thanks a lot for your feedback and the time you spent on this problem.
So I've got the answer, this is not a problem from Resolume but from AKAI.

I have to change my other devices midi notes and use different ones as the APC mini.
