Thanks for letting us know.
We're aware of other formats showing up as DXV3Mediacoreimport, and are in contact with Adobe about this.
In the user reports this hasn't affected actual media import for other types of files at all, as they are imported with their respective plugins in fact, not DXV.

If you'd like you can remove the DXV Adobe plugin.
To do this close all Adobe programs, and remove the DXV plugin from
MAC: /Library/Application Support/Adobe/Common/Plug-ins/MediaCore/7.0/Resolume DXV
Windows: C:\Program Files\Adobe\Common\Plug-ins\MediaCore\7.0\Resolume DXV

Then try to load your media in AE2019. If you still see the issues, then the issue will be with the file or it's AE2019 importer.

Thanks for the Response. Once I uninstalled the codec the problem seemed to go away until today when the same artifacting appeared again. It appears that applying glows and blur is whats activating this glitch. Once this begins the bug persists through the comp timeline even after the glow layer is turned off. Really nasty bug you have here. Any other thoughts how I should address this?

Looks a lot like file or memory corruption to me.
If you uninstalled the DXV codec, how could this be a bug with the codec? Are you using DXV files?
