Generally the subnet for any Artnet application is 255.0.0.0, and the subnet and port numbers correspond to the Artnet Universe you're using. You may find this useful:

Now that I think of it, it's possible that Resolume isn't configured to listen to multiple incoming universes of DMX. Honestly, I've never heard of anyone attempting 30 layers on a single media server on any platform before - so it may not be supported in the software. I wouldn't be surprised if you're the first person to try this.
