[annoying] 4.1.3 Saving Set Expands all Effects Folders

Hi
Whenever I save a set, the Video|FFLG folders are all expanded, and the scroll position returns to the top, which is a bit annoying as I am working down the effects adding as I go, but having to return to the top each time I save.

I would like for the effects/sources panel to remember its position as well. I add effects on the fly at times and it would be faster to navigate through. For some cases, I can use the letter keys to quickly select the effect, since all folders are expanded, it selects a preset at times. I would prefer to select the primary effect.
