OSC on Windows Phone 8

Hello,
I am developping a WP8 OSC remote controller for Resolume.
I managed to select layers, clips, so for incoming OSC it works fine.
Is there a way to ask Resolume software the names of the clips with an OSC command?
Is this documented somewhere?

I'm in the market for a new phone, and I'm really liking the Nokia 1020, so WP is very likely in my future, and I'd absolutely love to give this app a try.
