can you specify some more what's happening.
Doesn't your footage play at all or is it not playing as smooth as in 1.51 ?
Cheers

hi edwin,
2beta plays the files with little stopps - they are like hanging for a little moment in opposite to resolume 1.51 - there is a normal playback without something like dropouts or so.
i thought its my hdd but its a well running raid (onboard). my cpu is athlon xp2100+ on asus a7v133 with geforce fx5700 le - i tried with different codecs and resolutions - always the same...
i`m wondering why playing so good in 1.51 and having this problem in 2beta /2beta2?!?!
please help...
thx

Ive been have problems with beta2, but with latency, I do have the same GFx card as you though, and Ive noticed funny performance in oter apps too, I've just tried win98 on the same system, and no latency, so it could be a driver thing?
Its all geting a bit esoteric tho....

hi,
i am sure, its a software bug...
i saw the shiftpitcher vj group last weekend in frankfurt - they work with resolume 2beta on their laptops - i dont know if they recognize, that they have the same problem like me playing back clips in 2beta(2): !!!continuous little stops!!!

I now have this little stops bug, I've just down a clean install of win2000 and still I've got it, it doesnt happen in beta1 though. Does anyone have any suggestions?
Standing on one leg while booting?
Sticking my finger in my ear?
I really need to sort this out!
