Hi, I've prepared a video file (.mov). This file contains audio that is synchronized with video in After Effect software before. But, the loaded file play without any sound!
How can I solve this problem?

You're probably using an unsupported audio codec.

Have you checked the Preparing Media chapter of the manual?
