Hey Folks,

I am trying to setup a layer with 10 clips that will trigger immediately after each ones ends and then loop to the beginning it ends. For some reason I can select a clip and it will transition to the next but it won't start the clip. It just frozen. I have went under Clip > Autopilot > Play Next clip but it won't launch. What am I missing?

Thanks for help with my basic question.

there could be several reasons for a clip not starting.
is the second clip stopped?
is its transport set to smpte and no signal is coming?
is its speed turned all the way down?
as the first is playing this one is unlikely, your main speed slider is turned down it, you find it in amond the ones in the top left corner.

or is it a still image?

A couple other things:

• 1) make sure you're set to play the clip from start not previous playhead position
  2) make sure your clip is not set to triggerstyle piano or it won't play unless you click on the clip

it could also be the beat snap set to too many bars but that would just mean it would start late and you'd see a green progress bar on your clip.
