When I open the advanced sceen the screen becomes white and nothing goes out ! but if i dont open and play videos works fine...

i tried to reinstall on my 2 systens (32 and 64 ) and has the same problem

Have you tried updating to 4.2.1? Also make sure you have a decent GPU in your computer.
