VLC to Resolume

With no time to convert upon receiving .mkv, .mp4 or any other unsupported formats. How can I have my VLC output inside Resolume? Thanks.
Any suggestions for either Windows or Mac is accepted. Thanks again.

I'd love to use vlc to stream NYE or youtube/facebook live NYE into resolume 6.0.0 , anyone can help? My IT knowledge it's very bad. I hope someone can help.
