Arena 5.0 + Pinnacle 510 USB

Hello there,
Been new to the forum in the writers point of view, but reading thru it last few months. I got somehow used to the Resolume Arena instead of Avenue, but am now getting into trouble with live feeds.
Few days ago, I bought a Canon XL2 video camera and got it connected via the Pinnacle 510 USB capture card. I've been using this hardware before with my old camera and it worked well. Now I have a problem and maybe some misunderstanding, regarding all the SD, HD, PAL, NTSC and all other terms, that I have to get over them.
Well my problem is next - when I connect the camera via S VIDEO I get no input signal in Resolume. But if I use the RCA output on my cam (yellow video chinch) I get positive signal, but the picture is somehow "distorted". In the attached picture bellow I marked the point (line) where my picture gets distorted. The red line should obviously be at the bottom of the screen but is somewhere above the middle. The red line should be the top and bottom of the picture. I hope it is clear enought what the problem is.
I would really appreciate any help!
BR, Dean
