Switching desk slow (sometime)

Hello,
I'm working on a project with only decklink inputs on 25 decks.
Every deck has 3 to 15 cells with 2 different sdi in (decklink quad)
When i switch between decks sometime it'istantaneous and sometime it takes 3-5 seconds while the interface is unresponsive.
It's a random behaviour....
Any clue?
