spreading a program from a small software company in the warez scene will bring it to a much wider audience. This will increase sales.
This is a VJ program and will 99% percent of the time be used in public places, this is easy to check.

I'm not propagating warez here, but it can be to your advantage.

No way - pay for Resolume.

Most of the software I use is pirated - I couldn't do much creative stuff without decent software and there's no way I could afford all the £5-10 grand of stuff I use - but when it comes to VJ apps the programmers are almost always one bloke or very small teams on a shoestring budget, and the prices are usually very reasonable (ahem, Derivative - you listening?). They need your money and support much more than Adobe, M$ etc. I just kept using the demos of Resolume and other VJ apps for months; as soon as I could afford to pay for them I did without hesitation.

exsacly as soon as you have one goed gig you have enough money to buy the real version. Plus the real version has the advantage of support and updates till a certan level.
Plus people first want a good computer before they buy a program. And in the profesional market you just have to have everything legal.
