Before and after performing Disc Clean Up and reboot, Resolume 6.0.0 rev60411 does not update composition names.

The composition names you see in the compositions panel list are the composition title you gave your composition when saving.
That may not be the same as the file names.
Do you see the same names for the composition when you load a composition and open the composition settings you see in the panel?

Yes, Comp settings shows the original title.
I can save as with the new title and delete the old file.
