Some Resolume 6 bugs

Hello,
First of, awesome release a lot of great improvements, I can't wait to test this baby at Ultra Mexico!
Here are some things I found already while testing at home:
- The auto pilot play next clip will show the first frame of the clip that it is jumping to if that clip is shortened (so not playing from the start) so there is no smooth transition.
- Mousewheel for faster playback isnt working anymore
- Is there a way to resize the hud? In 5 I could fit all my clips in 1 4K view
- Dragging images into the advanced output (for guides) doesnt work anymore
keep up the great work

what codecs are you using in your clips?

which slider is this?
a screenshot would be great.

works fine for me on mac and win, what type of images are you trying to drop? Mac or PC?

- DXV3 normal quality
- In your clip menu the playback timeline if you hove the speed bar normally you could nudge it by scrolling up and down
- No
I'm using a 4K monitor but the size of all clips and all other buttons will stay the same no matter what resolution
(and I checked the ignore DPI-scaling)
- PNG images on a windows laptop
I'm in a hurry now, ill post a screenshot or video later

Something else i found out:
- When saving a custom effect and wanting to overwrite an old one resolume crashes
- Master opacity doesnt work for grouped layers (don't know if this is on purpose)
It does fade to black in the output monitor but not in the advanced output, because the slice is set to the group and not composition
also to clarify my last remark about scaling hud:
I have to set my monitor scaling to 100% to work properly, if I choose 150% for instance and turn of resolume dpi scaling option it will still scale everything 150%

Is this with the Slice input's Input Opacity checkbox checked? like so:

- Képernyőfotó 2017-10-06 - 22.58.39.png (28.89 KiB) Viewed 4947 times

Yes that's the purpose of the Scaling setting windows, so programs that would normally look small on high resolution displays can be displayed "normally sized" but don't look blurry like they were upscaled.
Resolume 5 was not aware of the DPI Scaling settings of windows, so naturally it's interface is looking very small on a high res display.
Back when Resolume 4 and 5 were created, there were no 4k displays around so the interface was designed so, that you can see everything good.
Now you barely can get a laptop with 720p display.
People who bought high resolution displays
started experiencing the interface being very small, not following the DPI setting, where other programs would.
Now Resolume 6 is scaling just like other apps, while keeping the preview monitors playing at native resolution, which is of course a different behavior than R5.
Right now the focus is on making Resolume 6 stable, and I'm sure in the future we will find a solution to have the user customize the interface size to their preference independent of the windows settings.
Until that's happening I can only recommend you to switch off the scaling in windows to have the same behavior as in R5.

Yes it is with the slice input's input opacity checked.
Thanks for your reply I indeed just turned of the scaling of my main monitor to fix the scaling thing

In the Advanced output Input selection or Output transformation?
In Input selection the slice should not follow the opacity slider,
in Output transformation it should.
