Arena 5 Comp Won't Open in 6

Hey all,
Been using Arena 5 for a while now on a rented media server, and just a new laptop and Arena 6. My problem is that when I try to open my Arena 5 compositions in 6, Arena opens a new comp instead of loading mine. I've tried opening right from Explorer, also from within Arena. I tried to find it in "Files" in the right-side window and the composition doesn't even show up. I'm sure I'm missing something simple, but any and all help is very appreciated!

What version of Arena 6 are you using?

You need to open your R5 comp from inside R6 so when you open the file explorer, you'll need to track down the .avc file and open it.
If you have a hard time finding the R5 file, just move it to your desktop and find it there using the file explorer when you use the Composition>Open... option in R6.
After you do that, you can save it and it'll be in the Arena comp folder in R6 format.

That's actually what I did, and it still opened a new composition. I even copied into the R6 composition folder to try that, still nothing.

What Oaktown meant is that you need to use the Composition menu, open dialog's file browser.
If the composition still doesn't want to open we'd like to take a look at it.

Yeah, that was what I meant I'd been doing, and tried again to be sure but still no luck.
Here's a link to the .avc I'm sure I'm just being an amateur, but it opens in 5 (I downloaded a trial version, although I thought my R6 license came with 5 also, but it doesn't) but in R6 comes up as a new comp.

Well, when I downloaded what you re-posted it worked also. So, I must be doing something wrong with my original file. I appreciate the help!

I saved the comp in R6, that's what I uploaded.
