did anybody ever try to sync resolume with an external sequencer ( as i try and use a tr 707 ) ?

yes we have done this with a Roland HPD15 ... works fine ...

ok ,but how do i do the midi mapping ? shall i use first a midikeyboard and then render my pattern with my rythmbox or shall i just do the midi mapping with the rythmbox ?

if you can send one note with your rythmbox i,d say use the midibox ... but try and see what works best ... and then let us now here on the msg board
