Resolume starting without a visible window

Hello. The GS73VR 7RF notebook is purchased for use with Resolume Arena 5.0.4. Operating system Windows 10 home single language x64. UWFI American Megatrends 2017 v2.18.1263. Resolume starting without a visible window, but the process is in the taskmanager. Running in compatibility mode with previous versions of the operating system does not solve the problem. The version of Resolume Arena 6.0.6 is normal starts. Need v 5.0.4. What can I advise to solve the problem?

Laptop manufacturer is MSI.

Do you have Teamviewer installed?
Please send us your log file, on win10 it's in C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\Resolume Arena

The log file is not created by the specified path. I can provide remote access to TW13. Are you ready to connect?

Do you need to use this Version? There is a updated version of R5.

Installed version 5.1.4. The result is the same. The program window is not visible. In the program manager of the program is visible. Log file is not created.

Please try to uninstall Nahimic and try again.
