Looking for some advice.
What is the best way to transfer whole shows from say a show computer to a laptop?
I have a PC desktop as a show machine and want to transfer to a Mac laptop to work on the show when at the hotel

If you're using R6, the Media Manager has a 'Collect Media' button.

This will take all of the media in your composition and copy it into a new folder along with a copy of the current composition file. Then you can move that folder onto another machine and have everything you need to work on the comp. If you make changes that you want to move over to the show machine, just copy and move the updated comp file from laptop to desktop. (since all your media is already on the desktop/show machine)
