mmh i could say you the miditech but it doesn't work with Resolume 1.1 (in final release it should work ) ,other way you may try the evolution series that come with or without knobs and prices are about 150 to 300 euros

yep .. I got the "MK-225C" from evolution and it works fine with resolume .. no problems so far
it's a nice keybord, many knobs, velocity, ..
hmm .. rrrr
and it costs less than 200 euros

we have a cheap midiplus keyboard but i can recommend this one it's small and has a lot of knobs:
