msgwhen i turn on my computer it says i need256 color i have went to settings but it only says 16 colors and will not ofer higer option how do i change it to 256 .

what's your videocard ?take colors 16 bit

sounds like you have the wrong video drivers installed, and it's starting you up at 640x480 @ 16colors. Reinstall your video drivers
