7.1.1 CRASH

downloaded 7.1.1 and now when I try to connect a webcam (something I've done literally 100 times on previous builds) it crashes the program. Then when I attempt to send a crash report, it crashes again.
I'm not doing anything differently that worked in previous builds.
Any ideas? Anyone else experience this?

Is Resolume allowed to access the camera in the OS privacy settings?
Could you please send us the Resolume log file via the feedback tab in preferences after trying to connect to a camera?

When I click on the dialog box on the crash report, it disappears!

Yes, that's why I asked to send the log via the feedback tab in preferences
