Baking a Video Projection

Question:
Is it possible to bake a video projection output?
I'd like to use Arena to map a video installation but once the mapping is done bake the output loop into a single file so it can be run off a USB stick media player for long term playback. That way I don't have to run a computer with Arena running on it 24/7. Also if this installation was in a lobby of a public space, securing the computer is an issue where cheap media players are basically disposable in case of theft..
Thoughts on workflow? Capture the output via syphon perhaps? not sure.
