Well, you can use Virtual Screens as input for slices in other screens. https://resolume.com/support/en/screens#virtual-outputs

I mean, I may have 20 slices and I might want to have 4 bins with 5 slices inside each one. On the same screen.

Create a "Dummy" screen, add slices, then add that "Dummy" screen to your slice transform, but only output to your active screen

I tried to use this new screen as an input slice, but doesn't work. The masks from the dummy screen don't show up.

Masks are part of the Output transformation, Slice transform uses input slices, and the masks inside the input slices.
