flash with effects doesn't work

hey resolumers! i just wondered if anybody got the same problem as us and how its solved: whenever i put an effect like push left, rotate, whatever on a well working flash-file its starts behaving strange; the effect works, so e.g. it starts rotating, but once or twice a second it jumps back to its normal "position" (like bypass effect) just for one or two frames long, which causes a really horrible flickering, anyone got an idea? cheers
