I recently purchased the Matrox Quad Head 2 Go to use with my MacBook Pro M1 for a projection mapping project. I started setting it up yesterday with 4 monitors. The computer does not see the monitors as separate outputs, it just sees the Matrox as a single device. I am able to route different parts of my image or individual layers to the separate monitors in Advanced Output, but since I’m new to projection mapping, I’m wondering if this limitation may create problems that I haven’t foreseen. Any insights or comparisons with other devices would be very welcome.
That's how these wall controllers work.
Keep it in mid, and you shouldn't see issues.
