Shortcut Requests

Post by Full Spectrum »

Hi all,

Here are some shortcut requests (keyboard and/or OSC) that would be very useful for me:

- Ignore Column Trigger
- Autopilot Cycle
- Apply Effect (each effect can be indexed with a shortcut)
- Transform (Would love to be able to hit a keyboard to increase the x-position by a set amount each press, rather than just toggle/value/mouse like you have now)
- Apply Color Label (Which, as you know, we want more colors...)

Thank you!

The transform one will be difficult as each use would want different increments. It would be better to build that one out in Wire with settings that users can enter in for their increment amount. I could build one if you need.

Well this is my wake up call that I need to start using Wire!

Actually, I'd find that super helpful and I'd appreciate it, Arvol! And I'll use it as a jumping off point to making my own patches.

Yeah, if you can figure out some very basic logic, you can make a ton of cool tools in Wire to save yourself (or your end users) a lot of time. I make little fx that are controlled via streamdeck for directors all the time. Takes about 5-10 min but makes me look like a rockstar. Mark has made some great tutorials for Wire to get you started. Enjoy the journey <3
