7.14 with no changes... so may be in 7.15 we'll finally be able to work with Slice Outline effect like it should be?

Create your own in Wire using meshes and your problems are solved. This is new to 7.14.

can you give an example how u'r creating in Wire the Slice Outline effect that's working with Bezier lines, pls?

Rectangle to Mesh, using Slice Info for translation. Then duplicate the previous with a float for the scale, then mask out the 2 for the outline.

if it's so easy and simple, then why KPT HIPPO's SLICE EDGE still doesn't work well in 7.14?

Couldn't tell you as I'm not that person ;)
I wrote Tracer back in 2016 and have been working with slice outlines for a while now. I'm waiting to update Tracer to meshes because I want localized feeback (not currently possible), but I might release it now anyways and just update it when that becomes a thing. I've been able to push 100+ slices and keep my fps happy.
