it often mix my videoclips while playing an mp3-track in the background! cool. but when i import the recorded .avi-file from resolume into adobe premiere, the videofile is half the length as the sound?! how could this happen?!
i record the live-mix with 25 fps - isn´t this enough???

i tried that too but resolume doesn't record every frame. but i don't think its resolume - its probably the machine. playing 3 videoclips with 25fps, calculating effects, recording at 25fps AND playing a MP3 in background is a hard job. i couldn't manage it with a 1800 Athlon XP and two HDDs in level-0 raid - and they're really fast...
you could try recoding the mp3 and capturing the resolume output with a seperate computer with capture device or with a dv cam.

I solve this by taking the second s-video output of my MXPRo directly to my DV cam. This gives me the total show output, not just from Resolume, as we use lots of live camera with overlay. Very easy.

hi resolume,
Bout the recording function ,apart from thje fact that it is exellent and makes live a lot easier,i.e. live momebts don't get lost, is there any way to redirect the recorded bit to another file rather than the record box in, usually, c-drive, it would give a lot more time and space to recors, since as far as I know most of the peoples c-drive is the smallest one.....
cheers for all nu improvements on beta 4...
looking forward to 5,6,7...

Hey "jmode" !
You´re right! I also use Athlon 1800+, but it´s not enough for recording, playing and mixing! Just for short loops, that would be used in the same set a few minutes or seconds later - or if you´ve got a good day, a lot of beer and you create "the set/mix of the year" -> than you have to record it! for sure!!!
rockon!
