Get currently playing song / artist name from Serato DJ

If I am playing something in Serato DJ, can I somehow get the currently playing song name / artist (in any desired track) to Resolume to display to the audience?
I see web server / REST API feature in Resolume, but to use that as a part of solution I guess I must somehow make Serato call those APIs while the server is running, and how?
