HI,

My resolume arena crash while. Its my first time using it for a live show. Here is the log, can anyone tell me what has happen and how to solve it. Thank you

PS. Im trying to attach my log file. but keep giving me invalid. is there a way to do this? Have submitted via Resolume/preference/feedback

Laptop specs
i9 - 13900HX
Memory 64GB DDR5
GPU : Nvidia RTX 4070

Currently have 4 laptops, being control by GrandMA. 3 are ok and hasn’t crash, just 1 has crash.

Could you please use the crash reporter dialog that pops up after the crash to submit a crash report?
That way we get lot more detailed information about what went wrong exactly.

I have 4 Resolume Arena (license with dongle) running on 4 identical laptops, specs below;

Win 11
13th Gen i9 -13900HX
Nvidia Geforce RTX 4070
64GB DDR5
2xNVM Express SSD,

3 are ok, but 1 randomly crashes. Have check the log file but cant seem to find any issue. Previously did think it was because of Windows 11 bitlocker, but have disable it and it was ok for awhile but the problem seems to have return.

Resolume version 7.15.0 rev23381.

Have check the logs but only notice this error as when it crash coulnt'd find anything on the log during that time;

After disabling Bitlocker on the drives (using Win 11 pro) everything was ok, but the problem seems to have comeback. The UI for reporting crash did not appear as resolume just quit. Have submitted via the feedback in preference and also submitted the log file.

Just crash again but this time found an error on the time it crash and the UI for report pop out..

If it's logged in the Resolume log, it's probably not the direct cause of the crash, but could indeed be related.
The crash reporter should pop up if stuff went wrong in Resolume, if it's a driver issue, the Windows event logs should have an entry from around the crash, which could help figuring out what's wrong.

just found out the difference between the 1 PC that crashes compared with the other 3 is that we had OneDrive turn on which was syncing (PC is set offline), i suspect this could be the reason as cant find anything else that differs. Will monitor and update if it is solved.
