Suddenly Alley has started opening under all other windows.
I though it wasn't working as I was opening files with it and seeing nothing but it turns out it's just underneath everything else. Cause, solution?

Works fine for me, how are you opening Alley?

After doing this for a while it's back to normal.
I was selecting a file and using "open with" mostly.
