Pulse Feature that does not overlap over itself

Does resolume allow a effect to replicate for EG pressing into water? When if i click 3 times quicly it does 3 waves. instead of always deleting all previous waves?
Im gonna start to use resolume as well to bleed video from the main screen into to led strips. I want to do the following effect where whenever I strobe the screen (EG White) Theres a wave of white coming out to the led strips.
Today From what i see all efects when I Recall them they always delete the previous effect. "Starting over from the beggining."
