Hello!

I'm having an issue where my Media Manager is not collecting any media.

When I press collect media, it tells me how many files it's going to collect, and how big these files are; but when I select a folder and press ok go, it only collects the composition and no files with it - very odd. Anyone got any knowledge as to why this might be happening ?

Is there enough free space on the target drive?

Do the source files play in the composition?

Yeah there's plently of Space on the target drive!

and all the source files play absolutely fine on the composition - very confusing hahaha

Are the files on an external drive? Are you copying to an external drive?

Nah all the files are on my internal D drive, and I've tried exporting to every drive on my system , but to no avail : /

Not sure what's goin wrong here hahaha

Would you mind making a little video of the problem and sending it to mail at resolume dot com? We'd love to have a looksy what's going on here, but we need some info to get going.
