Hi there,

I have a question and think it would be realy cool if it worked.
Wilth all the new DMX functions in resolume could it be possible to create kind of an ambilight(tm) with LED par lights. I think the visuals could get much more intense. And i might get intrested in buying an ext. dmx interface.

yes you could do that with flash/resolume. you could have a flash file with three of the parameters comtrolling the colour of the light.... i aint got a dmx box so i wouldnt know how to do it.... but if you check out the example files in the flash directory, it should help you get started.

Yarrrr.....something like a plugin that analyzes definable sections of the main output and takes RGB Dmx Signals Out. Put some of these Cheap cans around the club and everythings lightning in the same colors as the screen.
Hey Bart and Edwin you already did something similar hotel=big screen. Is it possible to implement it in resolume ? I thought about something like that. im working with decorative Objects. And sometimes theire illuminated exactly with the RGB Cans. It would be a BIG effect, if these objects are the expansion of my screen.
Possible ?
If youre interested i´ve got some more detailed ideas......

And maby a small per-channel control window with the abilty to set how some dmx channels react to sound...
