I run resolume arena for a church with a led wall. We just had stage set change and rebuilt and remapped our wall. After 10 minutes the output blacks out on our screens but when I open output>advanced it auto comes back and it fine. this is looping problem every 10-ish minutes. did not happen last stage.
2022 Mac Studio
M1 Max 32gb ram
Sonoma 14.7
novastar vx1000
Arena 7.22.5

I am experiencing an issue with Resolume Arena where the display sequence changes unexpectedly after restarting the application.
I have three projectors and am using a PNY NVIDIA RTX A4000. I have configured an LED screen with three DP outputs with EDID, and Resolume Arena is set up to manage the output.
After restarting Resolume Arena, the projection outputs do not maintain the same sequence as configured prior to the restart. Each time I restart, I need to rearrange the display.
Could someone please advise me on a possible solution?
Thank you for your assistance!

I have similar setup. 3xDP to Novastar H2 video splicer/led controller.
I noticed same problem after i change GPU, Resolume doesn`t hold screen number after restart, for me, solution was restart LED processor. After that OS had new display number. Re-arranged in Resolume, and they hold same config.

So I think I figured this out. Same issue: Every like 10 - 20min, 2 out of my 4 displays would go black. Not fully disconnect. I could still see the extended desktops connected to our E2. But I would have to go in advance output, reconnect, etc..
It was our Dongles! Official Apple Dongles to HDMI, sending 4k each. They were touching and overheating, and cutting out.
Fix:
Fan hitting them so they dont overheat, or tape down the Cables(Not the dongles) so they dont sit on each other.
I had the same problem happen with 2 different Mac studios. M1 Max and new M3 Ultra. I went back and tried with dongles not touching on both Studios, and no problems. Machines running for like 3 hours. But the dongles aren't overheating now and all good.
Purchased USBC to HDMI Cables, that I'll run to BMagic 12g SDI Convertors next. Will let you know if they run ok. But if you're at a gig, check the heat on your dongles first.
