hi,
i'm planning to buy either edirol V4 or motiondive.tokyo. will it works with resolume 2.4?

The V4 will because it,s a standard video mixer and many vjs use it. The hardware controller for motiondive.tokyo will not work with Resolume obviously.

The hardware for motion dive is actually a midi controller so it should work with resolume. However, it sounds like you are looking for a video mixer setup. Feeding Resolume into motion dive via a capture card is a pretty slick setup but it is more expensive (cost: additional laptop, motion dive, capture cards...) and it may not be as reliable as a V4.
