Does resolume run this resolution?

And also ill be running the visuals from a eSata port on a laptop connected to 2x500GB HDD in a RAID Array, This should be sufficent to run this resolution shouldn't it if its possible? Just to be sure, it will be fine with 640x480 if that resolution isnt possible?

Cheers guys & gals ;)

if you use only one layer or maybe two you'll be fine. 3 layers might be a bit slow at that resolution.

Ahhh, didnt want to hear that haha. Will it be fine with 640x480 with 3 layers? I can do 1024x768 on my current rig with a slow down every now and then. Thats with a 10,000RPM raptor which is SATA1 (150GB/s). Im running a Opteron 175(2.4x2) and 2GB PC4000 Ram.

My laptop will be 1TB(2x500GB Raid Array) eSATA (300GB/s) on a Intel Core2Duo T7600 and 2GB DDR2 Ram and Quadro 3500M if that makes a difference. eSata is possibly 6 times faster than USB but works out about double/triple in real life performance which to me makes it a hell of alot faster than my current rig even though its a laptop.

Surely to god i can run 3 layers at 720x576 on that setup if i can get 1024x768 pretty reliably on my current system. Surely!!!
