Slice transform shows both Input selection and output transformation

Hello!
I have a problem, and maybe there is a better way to do this.
I have 2 projectors on a large area, they are overlapping in the middle. The Left projector is pointed to the right and vice verse.
In the input selection i have made different slices to map out different surfaces (ex a sun in the middle and a sky behind).
The projectors have a resolution 1920x1200, and i made the composition to 3200x1200.
In the output selection i move the slices and points to match it with reality.
But when i output video through slice transform it outputs both the output selection and the input selection.
When i match the input shape with the output shape it moves al the way to left in the composition (with is the middle of one of the projectors).
I don't know how to solve this problem, but maybe i done this in a wrong way.
Thanks in advance for the help!
