The latest versions have been introducing an autopilot error when used directly on a clip. After a while, when moving to the next clip, the image is blacked out or alpha, and only the audio from the next clip is played.

An example used in sponsor videos... using five clips with audio, where at one point the image disappears and only audio remains. If there's an image on the layer below, the image appears as if the video were in alpha or with the option disabled (lowered), but nothing happens; the computer just stops scrolling through the clips.

If autopilot is used in a column, this doesn't happen, only directly on the clips.

This bug has been occurring since autopilot was added to columns.

What kinds of files are you using?

You mean the auto pilot also stops working?

No, the autopilot continues to run, but the image simply switches to Alpha and the video track continues.

This bug has happened to me using both MacOS and Windows versions.

There's no extra configuration, just the videos converted to DXV for better use in Arena, placed side by side, and then Autopilot (PlayNextClip) is used. The strange thing is that everything seems fine at first, but since they're sponsors of the event, this line ends up running for a while in a loop, and after a period of time (I can't remember now), it causes this error where the image simply switches to Alpha (or the same as downloading the VU from the Video Channel).

I noticed that if you use Autopilot mode on the columns, this doesn't happen, but it does on the clips directly.

Do these clips have audio tracks you need to be payed?
You could try splitting the audio and video tracks and indeed use the composition auto pilot instead.
