Arena does randomly not save chaser settings

Hi all,

I have a bug which keeps occuring but is not constant, so not easy to replicate:

My showfile has only sources from resolume, no video, just generators as I only trigger led strips. I use chaser a lot (like on almost every clip) because i have to specify exactly the effect should be. So there are many chaser effects at work, altho never more than 10 at once i'd say.

My bug: sometimes when I reopen resolume and my showfile, some random instances of chaser lost all their settings and are on "initial settings". For example I would set it to sequence 3 step 2... then save the show. and when I open it up again, the chaser effect will say sequence 1 step 1.
Sometimes some instances do not load correctly and many options are missing, so that it is not even possible to select a sequence or step.

Does anybody else have this issue or might know what the cause is? It seams really random. I have probably 20-600 chaser effects in the whole show file, so when 2-3 of them not load, it is not much, but it is enough to ruin some part of the show.

Thanks for any advice!

Can you share such a composition?

What's the best way to share?
I've also attached a foto of how it looks when chaser is not loading (no steps and echo/sustain/release option).

also i've noticed that resolume shows the wrong step number despite playing the correct one. For example it sais step 1 but the slider is clearly further and the step that is played is number 4.

Get your composition from Documents/Resolume Arena/Compositions,
then get your Chaser presets from your Chaser folder, and zip them up.
You can send them to mail@resolume.com
