Block Min and Max parameters for each effect

When we use effects by touching knob during a fast change, control isn't precise (sometime result is too big).
It can be a good idea to control adjusting of effects with a Minimum and a Maximum Personnalised.
it can be good to control step level for midi control adjustement (in Absolute mode).
